The Real Madrid forward Luka Modric has signed a new contract extension with the club until 2027, following his impressive performance during last season.
Modric, who joined Real Madrid from Inter Milan in 2016, has been one of the most prolific players in La Liga this season, scoring 28 goals and providing assists for his teammates in the Champions League final against Manchester United.
He was instrumental in helping Real Madrid reach the semi-finals of the competition, where they defeated Barcelona in extra time to advance to the final.
The 29-year-old has become a fan favorite at the Santiago Bernabeu and is known for his hard work and dedication to the team.
"I am very happy with my contract," Modric said after signing the extension. "I have worked hard this year and I want to continue doing that next season."
The extension will keep Modric at the club until 2027, which means he will be able to enjoy his full playing career at the club.
